App data stays on your device

The app stores puzzle progress, unfinished games, undo history, records, language and sound preferences, and the date of a review request in local app storage. The app does not send this information to the developer.

Puzzle Journey does not require an account, collect location data or access contacts. Its puzzles work offline.

No advertising or tracking SDKs

The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. The developer does not collect personal information through gameplay.

Apple services

App Store purchases, downloads, system backups and optional system rating prompts are handled by Apple under your device settings and Apple’s policies. The app does not receive your rating or learn whether you submitted one. See Apple’s privacy information.

If you contact support

If you voluntarily email support@zzing.xyz, your email address and the information you provide are used to respond to your request. Avoid sending passwords or payment information.

Controlling local information

You can reset journey progress in the app’s settings. Removing the app removes its local app data, subject to the backup and restore features enabled on your device.

Website

This support website does not add analytics, advertising scripts or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process ordinary web request data when delivering the pages.
